International Orders (USA, Australia, France, etc.):
Shipping can take anywhere from 10 days to 3 weeks from the UK. Due to some past delivery issues, I now only offer tracked shipping. If you're not able to wait up to 3 weeks for delivery, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will be happy to issue a refund. Please note: I cannot guarantee items will arrive by a specific date.
UK Orders:
Given a recent surge in orders, dispatch time is currently 4-7 working days. Delivery takes 2-6 working days on average. Please note that no refunds can be issued for orders arriving later than expected. If you need an item by a certain date, I strongly encourage you to send me a message via Etsy (please don’t leave a note on your order as these can be missed). All items are shipped from Lincolnshire, England. Delivery within the UK generally takes 3-5 working days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks. If you'd like a faster service, feel free to upgrade to First Class at checkout.
